How do I book?
Text 312-900-5434. Appointments only, no walk-ins, and the calendar fills up — book ahead where you can.
Is it really one dog at a time?
Yes. For a groom it is your dog and me, with nothing booked over the top of it.
What does it cost?
It depends on size, coat and what is being done. Text me the breed and what you're after and I'll give you a number.
What are your hours?
Monday–Friday 9:00–5:30, Saturday 9:00–5:00, Sunday 9:00–2:00. Boarding is round the clock.
My dog gets anxious at the groomer. Is that a problem?
It is one of the main reasons people come here. It is a quiet house, not a shop floor. Tell me when you book and I'll plan the day around it.
What do you need before a boarding stay?
We go through vaccination records, feeding routine and anything else your dog needs before the stay. Text me and we'll sort it out.
